CoverMap OSNI RASTER is derived from the Ordnance Survey of Northern Ireland (OSNI) Large-scale data, covering Northern Ireland. It consists of non-georeferenced raster images, ideally suited for scales on screen in the range 1:500 to 1:2,500. CoverMap OSNI RASTER is based on the full OSNI Large-scale data processed by our TranspOSe software.

CoverMap OSNI RASTER technical information
The nominal scale of these images is 1:2,500 (about 25 inches to 1 mile) and the resolution is 10 dots/mm (254 dpi).Each pixel represents 0.25m square.
The Irish National Grid co-ordinate system is used.
The storage space required is approximately 3.8Mb per 500m x 500km tile on average, in LZW Compressed TIFF format.
Main formats available: TIFF, JPEG, BITMAP.
The CoverMap OSNI RASTER service requires an annual agreement.
CoverMap OSNI RASTER is licensed for one year for internal business use by all users on a specified number of sites, and includes hard copy prints up to A3 in size (with above licence). Publishing on the Internet is not licensed. Updates are available by ordering the product afresh.
