Vertical Mapper is an extension to MapInfo Professional that enables users to perform 3D and hotspot analysis. This can be useful for calculating areas at risk of flooding, site location analysis and radio planning. Safe Software have announced that the floating (concurrent) licence for FME no longer requires the use of a dongle. With immediate effect, we will no longer ship dongles with new floating licences. The software will continue to support dongles already issued to existing users. Our FME Licensing page details the three licence types available for FME.
