Who can apply
The following types of organisations are eligible to join the NHS Mapping Agreement:
- NHS Trust (including Acute, Mental Health, Foundation, Welsh Ambulance, etc) ;
- Strategic Health Authority (SHA);
- Primary Care Trust (PCT) / Welsh Local Health Board (LHB);
- Special Health Authority / Arms Length Body;
- Public Health Observatory (PHO) / Cancer Registry;
- Community Health Council; and
- Other NHS body (to be agreed by the Agreement Steering Group).
The Application Process
Complete the online application form. This is sent to the Information Centre for evaluation. You can expect a response within 24 hours. If your organisation is eligible to purchase under the NHS Mapping Agreement you will be sent a Members Agreement and a Standard Licence Agreement for completion. The Members Agreement needs to be returned to the NHS IC, and the Standard Licence Agreement must be returned to Dotted Eyes. Once these have been returned, Dotted Eyes will send you a login for the NHS microsite so you can log in and order data from Dotted Eyes. If you are not eligible to purchase under the agreement, you will still be able to purchase mapping data from Dotted Eyes under our standard terms and conditions of supply.
