How to log tickets
You can log tickets at any time using our online Support Portal, which also gives access to a downloads archive and knowledgebase.
You are automatically notified when one of our consultants has responded to your ticket.

Who answers tickets?
Support is provided by our knowledgeable consultants, many of whom are qualified trainers. They'll answer your support queries between 9:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
They are experienced in supporting customers from diverse environments, and will communicate technical concepts in non-technical language.
Pricing
Please note that pricing is per product
Lite: 1 named user can raise 3 tickets p.a. for �99
Standard: 3 named users can collectively raise 25 tickets p.a. for �500
Enterprise: 10 named users can raise unlimited tickets p.a. for �1000
