Dotted Eyes Principal Consultant - David Eagle - has his Certified Trainer Accreditation for FME renewed to 2012
The Safe Software FME Certification Program is a technical skill credentials program that identifies high quality, knowledgeable FME consultants and trainers. David Eagle was first awarded his Certified Tranier status in 2008, and by continuing to provide quality training and services around FME his credentials have been sucessfully renewed through to 2012.
As well as utilising his vast experience in FME to help clients better manage and manipulate their datasets, I’m pleased to say that he plays a very active role in the delivery of our public and private FME training courses.
David will also be instrumental in the delivery of Dotted Eyes’s ‘Advanced FME’ training courses which are planned within the next few months - watch this space!!
Dotted Eyes are pleased to announce two new training courses to add to our training portfolio - “Introduction to MapInfo for Church of England” and “MapInfo Advanced for Church of England”.
1 day Introduction to MapInfo for Church of England
This one day training course is aimed at staff who are new to using MapInfo Professional. The course covers a range of modules which help a new user of MapInfo get to grips with the suite of functionality offered within this powerful GIS. Using our proven consultative experience and strong partnerships with the CofE we have developed a course which has been tailored to utilise CofE datasets and examples which delegates will find invaluable.

It’s almost December and looking back over the year it has certainly been a busy 2009!
In this year we have expanded our training portfolio to include; a one day Migration course to MapInfo version 10, a one day Refresher course for MapInfo users, a range of MapInfo courses for Healthcare Professionals, as well as updating all our current courses to version 10!
A review of the quality of training from a recent survey of 2009 training delegates* found that over 98% of delegates would recommend our courses to their colleagues, so there’s never been a better time to join us at our training suite for one of our public courses.
Planning ahead we are pleased to announce the release of our training dates for 2010, which can be viewed on the website.
New courses, including Crime Profiler, Health Pro and MapInfo Professional for the Church of England, have been added to our ever popular MapInfo Professional and FME courses.
We also deliver a range of bespoke courses on a variety of software packages, including MapInfo Professional, FME, RouteFinder and GBM Mobile.
