Introduction to MapInfo for Healthcare Professionals
Duration: 1 Day, Cost: £300 ex VAT
This one day training course is aimed at staff who are new to using MapInfo Professional. The course data and examples have been specifically designed to easily demonstrate how MapInfo Professional can be used by information and business analysts working within the healthcare profession.

- Opening tables and workspaces in MapInfo Professional;
- Changing the appearance of map layers - styles, labels, visibility;
- Managing your map window - scale, display untis, selecting records;
- Importing external data (e.g. Census and point data) - Excel and Access;
- Thematic mapping and layout printing.
Course prerequisites
The course is aimed at new users or those who wish to refresh their skills, so there are no prerequisite skills required to attend this course.
