MapInfo Professional is a powerful Microsoft Windows based mapping application that enables business analysts and GIS professionals to visualise the relationships between data and geography.

The course is aimed at existing users who are looking to upgrade to version 10 of MapInfo Professional. As such delegates will require a sound working knowledge of a previous version of MapInfo Professional to attend this course.

Course description

• Understand the new and improved user interface;
• Utilise the redesigned layer control;
• Advanced object editing using MapCAD;
• Advanced map output including vector translucency, anti-alias and PDF layering.

The course is for those who have a working knowledge of a previous version of MapInfo Professional.
