To help with the delivery of your project, Dotted Eyes will assign a dedicated Project Manager to work closely with you and to establish your exact requirements and project objectives. Following inception, the Project Manager will maintain project continuity by managing the delivery of agreed components or services to your quality, time and budget expectations.

For software solution projects, Dotted Eyes provides prototyping and proof of concept. This approach helps to minimise your risks, as you are able to tangibly evaluate how your final solution may look, feel and operate.
