Our dedicated service desk staff (consultants) are here to help you with your technical queries. We have a number of support packages available so please email us for more information or give us a call.

We offer a competitively priced support service to customers we have trained, as well as those we haven’t (restrictions apply, contact for details) covering an unlimited number of incidents in a year. Contracts are available to cover use of FME, MapInfo Professional, Vertical Mapper, MapBasic, MapXtreme Java, our own products or any combination of these.

Our goal is to respond to your questions within 4 working hours. We have an escalation procedure for any issues that need to be referred to one of our partners, and we’ll give you an estimate of when you’ll hear from us again. All support cases can be tracked and updated through the support web portal, which also gives access to the downloads archive and knowledgebase.

We offer FREE technical support for one month to all delegates who have successfully completed one of our training courses. This provides an excellent opportunity to put us to the test, at the time when you may still find the software unfamiliar. It also ensures we can give you the most effective support, by understanding the projects you are working on and the data you are using.
