Please include as much information as possible, this should include relevant information such as Operating System being used, PC specification, any error messages or log files being produced as well as a full description of the task you are trying to achieve. Telephone support is available, although support requests of a technical nature should be communicated electronically, particularly those involving log files. If you need to telephone for support, please call +44 (01527) 556920 and ask for a member of the support desk.
Support Hours are between the hours of 08:30-17:00 GMT (Monday-Friday).
