Helping Colchester Borough Council discover new efficiencies in waste collection

We undertook a collaborative project with Colchester Borough Council to revise their recycling and rubbish collection routes and reduce the collection schedule from five to four days per week. As well as plotting the optimal routes for introducing a four day collection schedule, we provided a range of deliverables to suit the needs of elected members, depot manager, crews, and back office and GIS systems.
